July Watch List
We're all staying up to date with the news and reading some interesting articles about how to stay safe and stay informed. But this is not related to that, at all. This is a rundown on what we're reading, watching and listening to, to keep our minds and bodies healthy and moving, and a little bit sane! We'll share some more resources as we come across them. Here's how we're currently winding down.
Why Can't Things Just Stay The Same - Written by Stefanie Preissner, an Irish writer / journalist with a serious nack for being down to earth.
Guns, Germs and Steel by Jared Diamond - A condensed history of the last 13,000 years. It won't be for everybody but we think thought it was a particularly interesting read.
A.P Bio - Catch up on Season 1 and 2 before Season 3 comes out on September 3rd. There's just an array of talent to love!
This video on empathy - Brené Brown has given talks and interviews on empathy, vulnerability, self-love and more in that general area. Type her name into YouTube and enjoy.
Sean Penn - We've recommended this Podcast before, it's hosted by Dax Shepard and it's called Armchair Expert. Listening to Sean Penn speak is like music for the soul.
