Please place your order by Tuesday, December 16th to ensure delivery before December 25th.

Any orders placed during this period will be picked and shipped on Thursday, January 2nd, 2026.
Expected delivery for these orders is during the week commencing January 5th, 2026.
International orders:
To guarantee your order before Xmas, please place your order before Wednesday 10th December
Orders picked and shipped out on January 2nd for delivery within 10 -14 working days.
Orders placed from January 1st 2026 will be shipped out after January 5th. Delivery times will depend on the country location, please contact us before placing your order.
Our offices will be closed for the holiday break from December 24th until January 5th, 2026.
Normal operations and shipping schedules will resume on Monday, January 5th, 2026.
We'll get your handcrafted treats to you as quickly as we can. Here in Ireland (both Republic and Northern Ireland), expect your order in 3-5 working days. If you're across the water in mainland UK, it's usually 5-7 working days. Everywhere else? Drop us a line and we'll let you know what to expect.

Sometimes life happens and delays occur that are completely outside our control, so any delivery dates we give are our best estimate rather than a promise.
Just a heads up for our international friends – your local customs might add import duties and taxes to your order. These extra costs are between you and them, not us.
We put so much care into crafting and packing your order, but sometimes things go wrong in transit. If something arrives damaged or just isn't right, let us know within 7 days and we'll sort it out with a refund or replacement.
Have a good look at everything when it arrives – if you don't tell us about any issues within those 7 days, we'll assume you're happy with everything (though your statutory rights still apply, of course).

Not completely smitten with your order? Send it back to us within 7 days and we'll give you a full refund or replacement – including any delivery costs you paid.
We'll credit the same card you used originally, but we do need the items back with us first. Keep that proof of postage when you send things back – we'd hate for your return to get lost somewhere along the way, and we can't be responsible for parcels that go astray.
If you want to cancel your order, you'll need to catch us before we've packed it up and sent it on its way. Once it's dispatched, we can't cancel it – the order stands and you'll need to wait for it to arrive, then return it if you'd rather not keep it.
