We'll get your handcrafted treats to you as quickly as we can. Here in Ireland (both Republic and Northern Ireland), expect your order in 3-5 working days. If you're across the water in mainland UK, it's usually 5-7 working days. Everywhere else? Drop us a line and we'll let you know what to expect.

Sometimes life happens and delays occur that are completely outside our control, so any delivery dates we give are our best estimate rather than a promise.
Just a heads up for our international friends – your local customs might add import duties and taxes to your order. These extra costs are between you and them, not us.
Every product is touched by 13 pairs of hands before it reaches you, and we pack each order with care. But sometimes, despite our best efforts, things can get knocked about in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, just let us know within 14 days of delivery. Send us a quick photo of what's happened, and we'll sort it out—whether that's a refund or a replacement, including any delivery costs you paid.
We'd recommend giving your order a once-over when it arrives. If we don't hear from you within 14 days, we'll assume everything arrived safely (though your statutory rights always remain in place, of course).

You can cancel your order anytime before it's dispatched—just give us a shout as soon as possible. Once it's on its way to you, we're unable to cancel it.
